Thanks for your question. I think we need more information to attempt to help you. Is the tiredness and sweating your only symptoms? Have you been under the care of a doctor for any other conditions? How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Do you dress appropriately for the weather, or do you find you are in a tshirt when it's 30 degrees outside? Do you have normal menstrual cycles? Any unexplained sudden weight gain/loss? Do you exercise regularly and eat healthy?
Let us know if there's anything else you can think of that may help pinpoint what could be going on. Also, if you haven't been in to see your doctor in a long time, it may be time to make that appointment to get a full physical and verify there isn't something serious going on.
