Hi Ntokozo,
Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER.
Are you currently under the care of a doctor for a condition? What were the injections for? Your doctor would be the best resource for finding out what could be going on. If you are not ovulating, there are things your doctor can do, such as putting you on medication to help induce ovulation, to try and help you get pregnant. I know it can be very unsettling when you want to get pregnant now and it doesn't seem to be happening as fast as you want it to. Try and relax, and just take things as they come--try to not get ahead of yourself. Use this time to develop a stronger relationship with your partner--that may help carry you through this process and any prospective pregnancy, and parenthood. There are articles on EmpowHER that may help give perspective, and you can connect with women who may be experiencing similar situations. Let us know if you have a particular condition and need help locating information about that.
Good luck, and let us know what your doctor says.
