I assume your period is seven days late, and you had a negative pregnancy test. Have you had unprotected sex since your last period, and are worried about pregnancy (or, are trying to become pregnant?)
Sore breasts can mean an upcoming period, could be a pregnancy sign, or numerous other things (too tight bra, medical condition...etc).
You "always feel wet" meaning you have more vaginal discharge than usual?
Can you tell us how old you are, and when your last menstrual period was? When were you expecting your next period, and are your cycles regular or irregular (typically). Do you use any hormonal contraceptives, and are you trying to get pregnant?
