If I understand correctly, though you had unprotected sex three times before you last period, you did have a normal period. And you say that you have not had sex since your last period. Are you late for this next period? The symptoms of daily cramps, increased sleepiness, mood changes, feeling of fullness and worsening nausea are of concern. I would strongly suggest that you make an appointment to be seen by a gynecologist to rule out pregnancy or a cause of your symptoms. While waiting for an appointment, you may want to take a home pregnancy test.
