There are zero chances of pregnancy. Lets rationalize this for a second... In order to become pregnant, you need two things: Penetration and Sperm (and Ovulation of course). If your boyfriend was not inside your vagina, you cannot get pregnant. If he did not ejaculate, you cannot get pregnant-- on top of those two factors you also had a tampon in place.
