If there is a stream of semen flowing down your leg by the "top part of your vagina"...I assume by "vagina" you actually mean the top part of your vulva or labia? If semen is flowing down your leg next to your genitals, I assume you wiped it off before getting dressed, so the bath would not be significant (semen only lives for a few minutes when exposed to air). In this situation, it would be difficult to imagine the semen spilling over from your leg, over your labia and pubic hair to make it into your vagina...you would actually need to be purposefully trying to maneuver in such a way to make this happen.
However, by your actual words, if a stream of semen is flowing at the top part of your vagina (the only part we can see of our vagina is the vaginal opening, so there really is no "top part" in this scenario), then a stream of semen would theoretically be able to easily spill into your vagina if it is already touching the top part of your vaginal opening.
Please know that it does not matter if someone is "wearing" clothes if they are around their ankles or pants "pushed down/pushed aside" as you described in your other post. If the only piece of clothing between your two genitals was your boyfriend's underwear, and he ejaculated enough to cause the semen to spill out over or through the various openings in men's underwear, then yes, of course there would be a possibility of pregnancy IF the semen was near/on/inside your vagina. Only you can know if this semen was near/on/inside your vagina. A bath would not prevent semen from entering your vagina.
My assumption is that the semen just spilled onto your leg, and it was close enough to your genitals/labia to cause you concern. If this is true.. you would not have a chance of pregnancy.
