I just found out I have a UD. I have chronic pelvic pain that has worsened these past few months. Have recurrent UTI s and have IC. Glad I'm not going crazy but scared of the surgery. Had hysterectomy at 21. I'm now 50 and tired of being in pain. My UD showed up on an MRI looking for adhesions. Any advice would be appreciated.
