Hi,
A condom, when used properly, will protect against conception once.
Since you have been trying to conceive for 3 months, while carefully monitoring your time of ovulation, and been unsuccessful, it might be time to consider testing for infertility. You and your partner should be tested for possible causes of infertility. Your doctor should be able to advise you in this matter. If not, look for a fertility specialist. Wishing you the best!
