I'm sorry you are going through this...let's see if we can help! I feel that any doctor that "brushes off" your concerns should raise some "red flags" for you, and it is important to seek a second opinion.
Why do you think you may have endometriosis? What are your symptoms (beyond pain during intercourse) that you mention above? The feeling of bloated is definitely related to IBS, but can be related to other conditions as well.
Have you talked with your OB/GYN about your symptoms, and to test for endometriosis?
