Honestly, the "little pink pill" has not been approved by the FDA so it is being sold unsafely online to anyone who wants to buy it--kind of like a diet pill. I am not sure if it is sold in South Africa as I couldn't find anything online to give me that information but if you could buy it online I'm sure you could still get it in South Africa. However, please consider what you are taking and if you do decide to continue taking these pills, do so at your own risk.
