When was your last period? If you were ovulating on days 37 an 38, then it is probably too soon to test for pregnancy (since it has only been 11 days). It is best to take a pregnancy test once your period is already late-- even a few days before is fine but nothing sooner than when you're expected period is to come. Breast tenderness is a symptom that can be felt as soon as one week after conception and nausea doesn't usually start until 2-8 weeks post conception.
Like I said, wait until you're supposed to have your next period and then test for pregnancy for best results.
