Sometimes Ovarian Cysts can go away on their own, especially if they are small. They can also cause irregular bleeding-- one month heavier than another, etc. If you're concerned about not having your period for the last two months and want to make sure everything is fine and that you haven't developed cysts-- give your doctor a visit.
