I'm so sorry for your loss. It's very difficult to tell whether or not you could have conceived because your hormones are still not regulated, and your period had likely not returned. (Any bleeding you're experiencing is still related to birth). However, we can't rule out the possibility if you didn't use any protection. Try to be careful-- you really should wait at the very least 4 weeks to have sex.
