Hi Anon,

I am assuming you have Type 2 diabetes? Unfortunately, the only way to control Diabetes is through diet, exercise, and medications. Through diet and exercise alone though, you can eliminate the medications if you can come down to a healthy weight. Don't be afraid to eat, not eating will only make it worse-not better. Stress can also raise your blood sugar levels. The best thing you can do for yourself is to try to live as stress-free as possible and eat right and exercise.
