It's very difficult for us to say whether you pulled something or not. It is possible, but it would have to be a very intense orgasm. Some women stiffen up during an orgasm and when that's the case it is possible to pull a muscle. It could also go away within the next day or two. If it limits your activity-- try resting, icing it for no more than 15 minutes at a time, and take an over the counter anti-inflammatory medication as long as you're not on other medications that could interact with it. Keep an eye on it, if it doesn't feel any better within the next few days you may want to see your doctor.
