Today I bought EVENING PRIMROSE OIL 1300 mg (Puritan's Pride ) I have to take twice daily, I decide to take it lunch and dinner time. Because I bought also Omega3+ Cod Liver Oil providing EPA/DHA+400 IU Vit D3 (VITABIOTICS)
