I had the pain and it would come and stay for awhile and then was gone. It came back again and stayed again for awhile. Then gone again. As with you, I also changed my eating habits to healthier eating. I take Vaginal Raw Probiotics and no fairy, Gluten free, No butter or canola, No corn or wheat. No sugars. No sweeteners. I eat lots of coconut. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, which is something not able to be found without doing a Endovaginal Ultrasond. That is the only way unless you undergo Laproscopy. They say Fibrocysts can cause the pain too. Keep researching and only you know your body.
