I think it has to be hormonal because Ive dealt with this same problem on and off for 10 years and Im 51, a mother of 3, all natural birth, I had a tubaligation in my 20s. Although Im also organic and have been for 15 years now, And I have this same problem, I only cook with Coconut oil and I use olive oil for dressing only. It always surprises me too,
