Did your surgeon remove all lymph nodes during your mastectomy? Usually in a radical mastectomy all of the breast is removed as well as all lymph nodes including those under the arm pit. What did your doctor tell you following the results of your swollen lymph node? Swollen lymph nodes are usually caused by infection and certain medications can also cause them to swell. Since both receptors were negative, I'd keep an eye on it just to make sure the swollen node goes back down.
