The pregnancy test was negative because you tested too early.

Have you had unprotected sex since your last period?

Breast tenderness may be a premenstrual symptom, since your period is due to start in about a week and a half to two weeks.

The burning in your stomach may be caused by gastritis, acid reflux, food allergy or food intolerance, or emotional stress.
