If you are a virgin and under the age of 21 it is up to the discrepancy of your Gynecologist to perform a pelvic exam. If you have had a negative pregnancy test then you are not pregnant but should still see your doctor regarding your missed periods. Unfortunately, we cannot do any more for you at this point.
