For OSA, here are a few other lifestyle changes that you can make if they apply to you and if you haven't done so already:
Lose weight.
Drink alcohol moderately, if at all, and don't drink several hours before bedtime.
Quit smoking.
Use a nasal decongestant.
Don't sleep on your back.
