The only sure way to know if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. Since you are late by more than a week, now is a good time to test. I am confused by what you say regarding your cervix. The cervix is the lower end of the uterus and is located at the top of the vagina. The cervical canal passes through the cervix. It doesn't close, nor can you feel it by touching your abdomen. Tender, swollen breasts are a sign of early pregnancy, usually noticed 2 to 3 weeks after conception.
