There would be no chance of pregnancy, if you (or your vagina!) have had no contact with a man's ejaculatory fluid.

Women can have a "later than expected" period due to many reasons: stress, new medication, recent illness, less-than-perfect tracking on a calendar, unknown reasons that have no medical reasons. A normal cycle can range between 21-35 days (counting "day 1" as the first day of bleeding), and 3 days "late" is nothing to worry about. You are having cramping, which is most likely pre-menstrual symptoms.

If you experience any additional symptoms that are unusual for you (excessive bleeding, severe pain, severe headaches)...these are reasons to call your doctor. A period that is a few days, even a few weeks late with no symptoms and no risk of pregnancy, is very common and can be very normal for women. You can actually expect to have irregular periods or a few "late" periods in your lifetime, with no medical reason (just stress, change in environment). It's all within the normal range!
