Anytime you have unprotected sex, there is a risk of pregnancy. There is no "safe" time during your cycle to have sex, as a woman can ovulate at anytime during her cycle.

If your boyfriend did not ejaculate, there would be little chance of pregnancy in this one circumstance of unprotected sex. The risk increases for pregnancy each time you have protected sex (statistics), as the Pull-out Method or Withdrawal Method has a large failure rate (if this is your only form of birth control).
