Thank you for your question. A charlie horse can be caused by many things-- dehydration, low electrolyte levels, overexertion of a muscle, or a health condition. I would encourage you to do some stretching exercises and increase your water intake daily-- if this does not stop the Charlie Horses at night, then it would be a good idea to visit your doctor and get some lab tests done.
