Sperm can live outside of the body from only a couple of minutes to about an hour. In your case, if you did not see any sperm on his penis then there was none present. However, any time that you have penetration without protection, then there is a chance of pregnancy-- no matter how low the chances are. Try not to worry about this, wait until your period comes and if it is late then test for pregnancy.
