Pre-cum does not always contain sperm-- however, we advise against this because of the slight possibility that it does and that you get pregnant from it. For the most part, though, your chances would be much greater if he had actually ejaculated inside of you.
Like I said, relax and don't stress out because all that's going to do is make your period come late.
