It is obvious that you are not pregnant. Joint pain can be caused by many types of injuries or conditions, such as an autoimmune disease like lupus. Infectious diseases such as Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr viral syndrome and influenza can cause joint aching. Migraines and frequent headaches can be a condition that is in no way related to your other symptoms. Make an appointment to be evaluated by your physician.
