Thank you for your question! I couldn't find anything that linked a hysterectomy to muscle loss. However, when you are over 40, you need to perform certain exercises to help build muscle and prevent loss of muscle mass. As for dry skin-- drink LOTS and LOTS of water, avoid hot showers and baths, use aloe vera lotion and/or Vitamin E after you shower.
