Thank you, Happy to have found a great website with great insight.
As far as my diet is concerned, I tend to eat more healthy items. Such as yogurts, almonds, fruits & veggies and try to follow the “Rainbow” of colors to eat. Exercise-I have a 10 & 8 year old boys who are very involved in sports. When I’m not running them to sports I’m trying to juggle them at home.
After reading your links. I think its safe to assume to cancel out Postpartum depression only because of the ages of my children. However, after reading the 2nd link of depression, sadly it fits the bill. The lack of interest, emotional, and life.
Guessing next stage in life is to set up a time to see my Dr.
Thank you Susan-This definitely did shine light on the situation. I’m tired of feeling this way & I think my family is too.
