I can appreciate how you are feeling and you should not have to be suffering this way.
I am not a physician, but I question why your physician does not want to do blood test to check hormone levels. Your doctor is correct, hormone levels vary from day to day.
Still, I think a complete work-up with blood tests checking complete blood cell count( red blood cell,s white blood cells, etc), checking thyroid levels and electrolytes, would give him or her a better idea of what is the cause of your symptoms.
