In short, yes. You can never consider yourself safe from Pregnancy unless you use some sort of protection such as condoms and/or birth control pills. Even if your boyfriend wipes himself off, there is pre-seminal fluid involved which can contain sperm and he has no control over since it occurs with excitability.
Please remember to use protection if you aren't ready for children. There is no safe way of having unprotected sex.
