Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. So sorry to hear how you feel. Not sure if your pain is abdominal or back pain. But, many things can be the cause of your pain. If it's in your lower abdominal here are some causes for it.
cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), inflammation of the collecting system of one or both kidneys (pyelonephritis), kidney stones or uncommonly tumours.
Constipation and diarrhoea can be painful in themselves, and the change in bowel habit usually identifies the pain as coming from the bowel

endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, fibroids and problems related to the early stages of pregnancy such as miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.
It's important to have your doctor examine you. Many things can be the cause of your lower pain.
