Dear Anonymous, the earliest sign of pregnancy occurs one week before your period is due-- and that would be Implantation Bleeding. IB is kind of a misnomer since you really don't bleed but spot, instead. The spotting can last a few hours to maybe 1-2 days, be light pink to brown in color, and is painless.
One week later, your possible next symptom: missed period, occurs.
Once you've missed your period, you will likely have other symptoms like: fatigue, breast tenderness, and nausea/vomiting. Remember that all women were not created equal and that while you may spend all pregnancy sitting next to your porcelain throne, I could eat anything and everything and feel just fine-- so, don't assume that just because you're nauseated you are pregnant, and just because you aren't that you're not.
Honestly, if your boyfriend didn't ejaculate and maybe had precum, the odds are not against you. Think positive and remember either not engage in sexual activities or use protection next time.
If you miss your next period, take a pregnancy test.
