If anyone else stumbles upon this, I do in fact suffer from Vaginisum, the casue we think is from having horrible posture, the right side of my body is alot differnt then my left, my pelvic is completely tilted. SO I have been going to physical therapy 2-3 times a week. I have the BEST doctor ever. I do exercises along with having a sensor inserted to keep me work my pelvic floor muscles. I hadn't been able to do a kegel yet but Im working hard. Like my doc said, 50% is there, and 50% at home! As hard as it is, I try my best to stay positive. If I could help just one women suffering that would be great. I hope the minute you feel something is wrong go to the doc. I waited a year and now its harder to reverse don't wait!
