Technically you would be more than 4 weeks pregnant (since your pregnancy weeks are determined starting on the first day of your last period). Early pregnancy symptoms such as breast tenderness, nausea, perhaps spotting, fatigue, etc. could be experienced at this point. However, nobody can tell you if in fact you are pregnant unless they are your doctor. Please take a pregnancy test as soon as you can and schedule an appointment with your OB/GYN if it is positive.
