I was having the exact same problem. My boyfriend and I seemed to have found a way around it.

get on the edge of your bed, in a doggy style position. make sure you’re arching your back. spread your legs quite a bit, so that you’re low on the bed, and not with your knees and legs straight (because that will make it hurt). lean your body back a bit while he stands behind. the key part to this now hurting is your partner spreading your butt cheeks apart. not too much to where it’s hurting you. make sure you and him are plenty lubricated. with spit at least. it might be a dull pain for a split second but once you start going it disappears completely.
