Sometimes things like skipping pills and taking medications can stop your period or cause a change. SInce you did both, this is a normal expectancy. If it has been more than two weeks since you had sex and you'd like to be sure that you're not pregnant, you can take a pregnancy test.
Continue taking your pills and your period should regulate itself by the end of this pill cycle.
