If you had unprotected sex 27 days ago, then a pregnancy test would confirm that you are pregnant at this point. If you are inconsistently taking your pills then the spotting could be due to a hormone imbalance from the pills. Vomit and Diarrhea sounds more like a stomach virus, also known as gastroenteritis. An illness can cause a late or missed period. Keep yourself well hydrated but if the vomiting and diarrhea persist, please schedule an appointment with your doctor.
