However,we are most fertile after our period, so having unprotected sex should be avoided. Regardless if it was your actual period, or just a side effect of Plan B, unprotected sex should be avoided, as it's hard to say whether you were fertile or not.
In the future, it's best to use more sustainable methods of contraception, as Plan B shouldn't be consistently depended upon, and the worries are never fun.
