Having good skin isn't always easy. To treat acne, it's best to start from the inside out. Make sure you are eating clean. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, lots of water, and minimally processed foods. If that's not enough, a dermatologist may be able to give you the best advice and treatment. Try not to pick the acne, as this will create more scars and unevenness.
I recently heard that Omega 3s help with clear skin and acne. Omega 3s are a good type of fat, found in fish, that have a variety of benefits. If you don't eat a lot of fish (like me), then you may want to look into trying some supplements available at your local health store. (Omega 3s are a dietary supplement that is regulated by the FDA for safety and standards).
