Ususally, you should not be concerned if you have been taking birth control for over a period of time and I am not sure how long you have been taking birth control but you may be ok. However, sperm can live inside your body for 5 days and therefore, there is always that chance of possible pregnancy. Keep taking your birth control and you may have to wait to see if you miss a period.
