Hi Melissa,
Is this pumping sensation, which you feel in your stomach, similar to a pulsing sensation? If so, what you may be noticing is the pulsing of your abdominal aorta.
The aorta is the largest artery in the body and is divided in four sections. The abdominal aorta begins at the diaphram and travels down through the abdomen.
It is normal to occasionally feel the pulsing sensation of blood traveling through the abdominal aorta. I cannot explain the correlation of drinking orange or apple juice and the cessation of the sensation. I do not think there is any relationship between the two.
