I'm a little confused-- you mention having protected sex twice but then you say that his penis never came in contact with your vagina...which one is it?
When you say non-latex, are we talking about lamb skin condoms? It is important to point out that these condoms protect you from pregnancy but not from STDs. I am not saying that you have contracted an STD, but it is something to keep in mind for future sexual activity.
