Next Choice has 2 tablets. The first one should be taken within 72 hours of having unprotected sex. The second one should be taken 12 hours after the first one is taken.

This can result in spotting, having a period that comes up to a week early or even late. It can also result in a period that is lighter or heavier than normal.
