I was told to take both pills at once by the nurse... I did not have any cramping or bleeding until now. My cramps r very light, but noticeable, and the bleeding is a spotty brown. I am not feeling any pregnancy symptoms like I did for my first pregnancy but I know every pregnacy is different .
