In a woman with a regular cycle, ovulation occurs withing 14 days of her last menstrual cycle (days are counted starting with the first day of your last period). If you are irregular, your ovulation time is hard to predict. Please take a pregnancy test if you are more than one week late on your period to help ease your mind.
