Fibrocystic Breasts= Painful, lumpy breasts and it sounds like what you are describing. Remember that your "lumps" can increase and decrease in size and are usually more painful during ovulation. You may want to consult this with your doctor to see if you are a candidate for needle aspiration to drain the fluid from the cysts or if that doesn't work.. possible surgical removal of the lump-- this is rarely done but in extreme cases considered.
