Hi Anonymous,

During pregnancy, you can eat any fruits that you ate and were not allergic to before you became pregnant.

There are foods you should avoid during pregnancy. These include raw meat, deli meats, fish with mercury, smoked seafood, fish exposed to industrial pollutants, raw shellfish, raw eggs, soft cheeses, unpasteurized milk , and unwashed vegetables.
